Experience

Bryan was the Project Manager for Lincoln Property Company from 1984-1995. He was responsible for the design and construction of over three million square feet of commercial and public office space including two high profile projects – the SunTrust Center and the Orlando City Hall. In 1995 Bryan founded Gettysburg Commercial Corporation and continued as its President for seventeen years. The company focused on very complex Class A office tenant improvements, completing over one hundred million in improvements until he sold his interest in 2012. Bryan shares David Shaw’s style of hands on management, technical experience and extraordinary service, bringing this approach to the commercial HVAC market each day. He focuses on the preventative maintenance, repair and replacement of existing HVAC equipment with personal customer service.
